The ground level features the living and the dining room, with direct access to the pool and a big private veranda with a sofa and dining table.

This level is set with a fully equipped kitchen, next to the dining area.

On this level, you will also find two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

On the upper level are the master bedroom with a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and its own private veranda with astonishing views of the pool and the sunrise.

Two more bedrooms are on this level: both with a double size bed. Both of these bedrooms have their own small verandas with views of the backyard of the estate. An additional bathroom with a shower is also on this level.
